If you have additional questions or feedback about this travel insurance plan or would like to make any changes to your policy, please call Zurich Customer Service Hotline at +852 2903 9429 (Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, Saturday from 9am to 1pm, Hong Kong time, closed on public holiday).
Detailed instructions for filing claims can be found in our Travel Insurance Claim Form. Please complete this claim form and submit it together with all required supporting documents to us within 30 days following the loss.
Under the HK Express Travel Protection Plan, the travel insurance is underwritten by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, and the emergency assistance services are coordinated by Assistance Online HK Limited. Hong Kong Express Airways Limited is an insurance agent appointed by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd.
